Module 4: Consumers

Everyone is a consumer.  But what will makes your consumer buy?

Knowing who your consumer is and understanding his reactions is key: how to know thye are attracted to your products?  What is their motivation?  Which strategy will you apply? How can you close the sales?  How understand the consumer behaviour throughout the buying process? Why certain colours are never sold in some parts of the world?

Classes will be held by professionals on consumers habits and needs.  You will learn what the impact of new technologies and e-commerce on the consumption figures will be in the future.  You will be visiting different point of sales (luxury items, design products, wholesale store) to understand the sociological behaviours of a potential client.
