Module 10 Sales & Distribution

Controlling what, where, how and when you sell are crucial aspects in developping a brand.

CONTENT: we will work on the sales procedures: how they are organized (show room, e-commerce, distribution network)? What are the advantages and constraints? How do you fix prices of an item?  What is the margin? How to deliver on time? How do you manage the legal aspects linked to the distribution process?  How can you create a commercial strategy and stick to it?

We will then apply this to the delivery and sales of the 3D designed products you will created.

THE OBJECTIVES ARE :

  • to be able to select the best ways to deliver and sell your products at the right price
  • to generate a profit
  • to respect sustainability during each procedure
