EXECUTIVE MASTER IN FASHION & DESIGN MANAGEMENT

The brand is at the heart of the business regardless of the size and the product.  How to build brand strategy?               How to define success for the brand? How to set evolutionary stages of a brand from its creation to                                 fruition?  This course will cover the brand strategy, its integration and sustainability within the luxury-based               industries.

  • THE COLLECTION PLAN.

To make a profit you must consider selling to your clientele through a clear selection of products.  Learn how to           expand a complete collectino.  How to validate coherence with the brand strategy defined for your collection?               How to develop a collection depending on the markets and competitive brands?  How to create a structure for             a collection?  How to bring it to the market and sell it?
