MODESIGN ACADEMY is part of network composed of experts, companies, professional organisations in Belgium and abroad reflecting the variety of the fashion/design/luxury/perfume & cosmetics industry.

ART 48 : Founded by the brother of MODESIGN ACADEMY’s Director, Yannick Zeegers, and its partner, Céleste Finez, this architectural offices realises private houses, appartments, offices and shops in Belgium. They also develop de Ecospace project which are sustainable wooden house developped in the UK for more than 15 years. Here is an example of what they propose.
BRUSSELS FASHION & LACE MUSEUM : the Museum located nearby the Grand-Place welcomes our students and MODESIGN ACADEMY Director, Olivier Zeegers, works on the fashion conference of the Museum, Leçon de Mode, with the dynamic museum’s team. The collaboration will go on step further in November 2018 for the opening of the new exhibition. Stay tuned!
COMITE MONTAIGNE : this association gathers of the luxury houses from Avenue Montaigne in Paris and they always pleased to welcome us when we organise our Summer Classes in Paris.
FEDERATION FRANCAISE DU PRET-A-PORTER FEMININ : the Ready-to-Wear French Federation welcomes us when we organise our Summer Classes in Paris.
FESTIVAL DE MODE/DE PHOTOGRAPHIE ET D’ACCESSOIRES DE HYERES : the Festival has grown up in 33 years as becoming one of the most famous contest in the world revealing the talent of Viktor & Rolf or Anthony Vacarello now at YSL. In 2017, we were fortunate to organise of first conference « Bab(b)el Talk » and we are working on edition 2019.

INSTITUT FRANCAIS DE LA MODE : the Director of MODESIGN ACADEMY, Olivier Zeegers, is a former student and collaborator of the Institut ensuring close link with his ex-colleagues and the Alumni Association composed of more than 1000 professionals in the industry.
JBC : this Belgian ready-to-wear company offers a scholarship for a student from the Executive Master in Fashion & Design Management willing to do her/his intership in the company before joigning it.
MIKO/MIKO STUDIO : founded by Photographer Pauline Miko, the studio does the majority of the pictures you seen on ourwebsite : portraits of the students, packshots, reportage. Her signature brings a lot to the Academy and espacially to students when their work together.
NIYONA : founded by Industrial Designer Nina Bodenhorst, the leather studio is a key element in the learning process we believe in. By making a product by hand in the worshop with Nina, students learn to prepare all the pre-production aspects but also all the attention a product requires to be qualitative.
VERVLOET : this family house is making handcrafted hardware in the center of Brussels. They have always welcomed us to visit their workshops. But the relationship went a step further when they made our first MDA jewel given to all the students from the Certificate in Luxury Management. And in 2018, they are producing pieces for the bag project made in collaboration with Niyona from the new students.
